Abhyanga
Abhyanga is a unique form of massage, originating in Ayurvedic Medicine. It gives tremendous benefits to the mind, body, skin and immune system. The treatment involves copious amounts of oil and a unique sequence that relaxes and softens the tissues. The sanskrit word for oil , Sneha, also means love. Saturate your whole body with Love. This treatment includes Marma Point Therapy (acupressure) - An ancient Indian practice of tapping into our subtle energy (prana) through secret access points on the body in support of the healing process. A deep state of relaxation occurs, allowing any tension in the face and neck to release naturally. The holding of Marma points stimulates the body’s biochemistry to produce whatever is needed to heal, including neurochemicals and hormones that affect body, mind and consciousness.
Includes optional Nasya, Karna Purna (oiling of ears), and Ayurvedic eye drops.

Abhyanga & Shirodhara
After the Ayurvedic massage, sink deeper with this warm and consistent flow of aromatic oils on the forehead, specifically on the “third eye.” This is the chakra point just above and between the eyebrows and is said to be the seat of human consciousness. The oils flow over the scalp and through the hair, creating a blissful sensation. Emotions like fear, anxiety, anger, or irritability dissolve into an ocean of calm. Your mind is lulled into a state of serenity and some people even experience a state of expanded consciousness.

Ayurvedic Consultation
During this initial consultation, we will explore in depth how your lifestyle and diet may be affecting you wholistically and what you can do to bring balance into the areas that need attention. Using diet, lifestyle and herbal formulations I will create an Ayurvedic protocol that is 100% customized for your unique needs.
Consultation includes: 90 minute initial assessment (in person), 60 minute phone call for discussion of treatment plan at a later date, and a 60 minute follow up phone call appointment.
