So, I’ve partnered with my dear friend Susanne at Suus’s Magical Kitchen, in the mission district of SF, and we are creating an experience that will nurture your soul and fill your belly.

The three workshops include learning about and practicing self Abhyanga (oil massage), living harmoniously with the seasons through diet and lifestyle, and guided restorative yoga with Marma point therapy. Midday you will have the opportunity to relax pool/ocean side or receive a four handed oil massage from Colleen and Amber. While you are in paradise have a one on one personalized Ayurvedic consultation with Colleen. This retreat center is unique because the ocean is literally steps from your room, the yoga space and the dining area. Farm to table meals lovingly prepared from their own garden will be served 3 times a day.
